Transcription error - is it possible to regenerate a transcript?
Hi team,
Replay transcription appears to have failed on a video we've uploaded - it's missed a chunk (20-30 seconds that I've spotted so far). No reason on our side for the failure that I can think of - indeed, it's the third version of this file that we've uploaded, and previous versions have correctly parsed the section; there's nothing funky it, no backing track or difficult-to-hear audio etc.
So, my question is: is it possible to force a regeneration of a transcription?
