Chooser - direct link not working
Hi, Is there an error with the Chooser and direct link type? Suddenly my app stopped working last night. Both IE and Chrome is tested. I can log in and choose file(s), but the link seems to be...

Mac/Linux:
ping dl.dropboxusercontent.com
nslookup dl.dropboxusercontent.com
dig +trace dl.dropboxusercontent.com
Windows:
ping dl.dropboxusercontent.com
nslookup dl.dropboxusercontent.com
tracert dl.dropboxusercontent.com

9 years agoThanks for the report! I can't reproduce this issue though. Downloading the file from that link works fine for me both in Chrome and via curl.

Yes, still having the same issue. The request times out, also for other users.
But actually getting another error message now:
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

Yes, you are probably correct. This seems to be very local. When I'm logged into company VPN I am getting the error, but when I am not, everything is OK, so I guess a firewall is a little bit too strict here.
I will post a ticket if necessary.
