Error (5xx) - with a specific cursor in list_folder_continue

Hi, recently we encountered an issue when sending list_folder_continue request to the dropbox server. The api is normal in most of cases , however, there is a case with a specific cursor would caused...

I know this issue is long time ago. Since there is another customer stuck in this issue, I would like to ask the if there is any finding since I opened the API ticket?
