Dropbox StaffNo, unfortunately the Dropbox API doesn't offer a way to retrieve error logs or timing information like this, but I'll pass this along as a feature request. I can't promise if or when that might be implemented though.
If users are having trouble using shared links, I suggest reaching out to user support.
