Is it possible to change the quality of files prior to downloading?

Hello - I am attempting to download videos but they appear to be in 4k and then lag when i play them after downloading. Is there anyway to change the quality prior to downloading? I don't see thi...

That isn't possible at the moment, however it sounds like a great feature request.
