Video upload quality previews bad and not 4K.

If I upload my 4K video rendered from Premiere to Dropbox, the video quantity is low, Asking for any help please.

    How are you watching it? If its on the website it generates a preview only (quality depending upon plan). 

     

    To view in full HD again the other party would need to download to view it
