We can't download a 60GB video file, as the download stops midway on the website.
I'm having issues with downloading 60+GB video files for a client (who pays for a 5TB Dropbox standard account).
1) Dropbox seems to be throttling my download at 5mb/s. And 2) the download has been stopping mid way randomly, leaving an incomplete file (using Chrome).
Speedtest for my ISP shows I can get up to 40mb/s download.

Hi cgbessellieu - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser or an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you get the same results?
If you do, you can also reboot your computer and internet router.
In any case, please keep us posted.
Thanks!

Will do. I'm trying Safari now, currently throttling at 6mb/s, but no dropouts so far.

I cleared cache and am going to try Chrome incognito now.
Walterupdate: failed on Chrome incognito as well. :-( - cgbessellieuNew member | Level 1
WalterUpdate: just tried wired ethernet, hitting 90mbps now! We’re good. 🙌

Glad to hear that, cgbessellieu! We’ll be here, if you need us again.
