Zip file wont decompress.

Question

My zip file won't open when downloading it says Decompression failed, and when I try to open it here I get an error message saying that zip files are supported but something went wrong.....
this is a file with music in not very happy at all, anyone has any ideas to open it???&nbsp;

Which browser are you using to download the files?
&nbsp;
Do you see any difference, if you download them from a different browser or a private browsing window?
&nbsp;
Also, how large is the zip file once it is compressed and downloaded?
&nbsp;

not very big 10.33kb&nbsp;and im using safari&nbsp;&nbsp;

Sorry i can't download it it won't decompress&nbsp;as I said i get a message when trying to download saying decompression failed&nbsp;

Hey Elizmi, can you try a different browser, like me colleague suggested, to see if you get a different behavior?
