Incompatible characters in the file names wouldn't really cause the files to actually get deleted, but let's see what we can find out.
What does your events page show about these deletions? Do you see any big deletion events?

I see the event when I accidentally deleted 14248 files at 5 november 2.48 PM. This is it. It would be great if you can help me restore this files
