Deleted data from free account after not logging in for over a year

I had apparently worked really hard to keep safe some files on Dropbox and actually increased my storage by sharing this service with a ton of people.

But apparently I felt too safe and my account got closed due to me not logging in for over a year, and now all my data is lost.

Is there any way to reactivate my account and recover those files, or unless you pay for this service, you actually have 0 protection from Dropbox?

Is all my Data lost? It's very disappointing considering I did like this service for what it was.

No. As the emails warn you once your account is removed its permanently deleted. You get 90 days notice its going to happen via multiple emails.

Your data is safe as long as you log in once a year. Thats all that they ask for. And then they give you 90 days warning of closing inactive accounts.

Hello, I have exactly the same situation. Now I discovered that there is no account, the last login was 10/24/2023. I read your answers, and I don’t have a single message warning about deletion.

Only that there is little free space left.

Hi himera, are you certain that you're accessing the same email as you were previously using?

hi, Jay, yes, I had only one account on the mail, which I attached a screenshot above [Removed as per Community Guidelines]

I understand that I haven't logged in for over a year, since 10/24/2023, but there were no warning messages...😢
