I want to delete my account, but Dropbox says they don't know my email address.
i want to delete my dropbox account. Dropbox writes they do not know my email address. What to do ?

If you know what email address you used and you're able to sign in, you can delete your account from the bottom of your Account page. If the email address is not recognized when you try to sign in, then no account exists for that email address.
If your account isn't on a paid subscription, you can just leave it alone and it will be deleted automatically after a year of no activity.
