Hi there lorena d, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clarify what exactly happens when trying to permanently delete your files?
If you're getting any specific errors, I'd appreciate a screenshot!

hi walter,
thanks for taking the time.
i went to the left side of the task barr in dropbox and deleted a bunch of files on march 28th. i reloaded the deleted files and tried to put a check by the file. on the right side it says "permanently delete". i try to check a box & hit permanently delete, but nothing happens. i tried several different files, but nothing deletes. arrgh! 😞

Hey lorena d, thanks for the update on this.
Did you try to refresh the page afterwards, to see if that helps?
If not, make sure to also try to permanently delete your files using a different browser or a private browsing window as well.
Let me know how it goes!

hi hannah,
refreshing helped. however there are files it won't let me delete, AND it's not showing that i have any more space even though i deleted tons of files.
it still will not synch. ugh!
