Recovering deleted folder not possible + Support not reachable

Hey Jay. Yes, I can see the files on the events page. Some of the subfolders have been recovered but none of the files previously stored in these folders.
As I said I've deleted the whole parent folder by mistake. The available support options I need are greyed out.

Are you able to manually recover the files in the events page or the deleted files page?
Could you try going into the folder you recovered, then clicking the cog icon next to the name and 'Show deleted items' to see if you can recover them manually?

Once you restored the folders can you go in and see deleted files within those folders and restore that way?
