Camera Uploads IOS 18 on iPad not working correctly
I have upgraded to iOS 18 on my iPad and updated the Dropbox app. I turned Camera Uploads on, with Upload from set to Camera Roll and Back up set to All Photos. Nothing is uploaded, even though my Ca...

Hey TheOwnerBuilderlet's jump right into this!
If you open the Dropbox app on your iPad, and select "New photos only" under your camera uploads, does that make a difference?
Also, it might sound trivial but have you tried uninstalling the app, rebooting the device and then reinstalling?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan, thanks for the reply. Yes, I have tried all those options. When I select New Photos Only, it sets the date to 12 November and uploads all photos since then, but no others. If I set it back to All Photos, it still doesn't load any more.
I've played around with switching various albums on and off, as Camera Roll alone didn't work. I finally found a combination that SEEMED to work - Videos ON and Recent Saved ON. Strangely, just Recently Saved alone did nothing, only started counting for upload once I switched Videos ON. It chugged along for a while - count got past 4000 - then it suddenly stopped and returned to the 30 it had already uploaded. 🤷♀️- Megan6 days agoDropbox Staff
Hey TheOwnerBuilder
If you try using cellular data, does that make any difference?
Also, if you access the app's settings you should have the option to clear its cache. Can you give that a go, and check if your content uploads after that?

I can only use wifi from my iPad, not cellular. I have cleared the cache multiple times. More than enough space available. Scratching my head on this one!
