I just gave it a go and I was able to use Dropbox Paper just fine. Can you clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let me know if you get the same results?
If you do, I'd appreciate a screenshot of the exact error or the last page you can get to.
As for your missing Paper docs, are you able to search for them to see if you can find them on your account? Do you maybe see them in your deleted files page or the events page by any chance?

Events and deleted files page show some papers that I tried to make and then delete after encountering this issue, old papers are not there.
There are several 503 error at URLs such as https://www.dropbox.com/paper/starred?role=personal
May I get some assistance with this Paper issue? I have been in contact with several support staff, an escalated ticket that has still gone unanswered, and multiple screen recordings to prove that every recommended solution was a dead link. It's going on a week and I'm having a hard time with the transition that was supposed to only last 15 minutes. My day-to-day operations were centered around papers and now I'm missing over 50 documents/templates. Now I am vetting other software in case such events take place again.
