Shared folder does not sync to PC

Hi everyone I'm working freelance for another firm. They shared their project folder with me and I can access it via dropbox in my browser. My problem ist that it doesn't sync to my desktop dropbox ...

    Make sure the folder doesn't have any characters in the name that would be incompatible with your operating system. If it does, rename the folder.
