Smart Sync options are missing on my context menu

I've noticed that my local Dropbox files have not been syncing lately. Normally you just have to "Right-click" on these files/folders and Smart Sync should be in one of the options. Not anymore!   ...

    Hi there, if the option isn’t there any more in the context menu on your machine, then the Dropbox desktop application isn’t running or working as it should.
     
    Could you check if the app is running, and additionally if the files themselves have any green ticks or other syncing icons?
