Syncing problem on macbook

Hello, a few weeks ago I decided to remove two large folders of my Macbook. Therefore, I went to the selective syncing thing and pressed update in order to delete these folders. The thing is that it ...

Hi there frediedidier - sorry to hear about your syncing issue. 

 

Could you please clarify your device's exact OS version and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app installed there as shown in your menu bar at the moment?

 

This will help us assist further.

My MacOS is Ventura 13.2.1 and what I found here about the Dropbox is v197.4.7629

      I should uninstall my current version and download the Standard Installer or Offline Installer (Apple Silicon)?

        No need to uninstall frediedidier - just download and install from the page I linked to in my previous response. 

         

        Note that you can choose either of the installers.
