The desktop app's syncing is inconsistent and it's affecting my workflow.

Dropbox refuses to update or sync.

It is like there is no connections whatsoever between my computers. I've just about had it with your product. It is moving from being next to worthless to actively harming me. Today I was depending on work I did at home and stored in my dropbox account to be available to me at work -- and it wasn't. I had to remote login to my home computer and email the documents to myself at work. Those documents still do not appear in the web app, the phone app, or the desktop app. When I remotely logged into my home computer I checked to see if the dropbox app was running. It was. It simply does not work!

Moreover you have the audacity to put your icon at the top of all my explorer directory panes right under my desktop and give me no option to move it. Clearly, your hubris is inversely proportional to your competence. I would unleash the many expletives on you that I did in my office this morning when it was clear that you were going to stiff me. If you are an actual real person reading this, I wonder how can you work for a company with such a lousy product. One that arrogantly proclaims its garbage app to be so important that a user is not permitted touch its icons. As soon as I figure out how to move all my files to another service directly over the web you will be history. Now that I think of it, you probably actively prevent your users from doing that or most of them would leave you.

Your product is so bad. So flawed. I cannot imagine how your company survives.

OK so most files are not syncing between my account and my computers. Occasionally one does. Last night I coped a bunch of files to my dropbox folder on my work computer. Today about 15 hours later, they have not appeared in my dropbox folder on my home computer. the dropbox services are up and running on both computers.

So I went to the web version of dropbox and found that the files do appear there. So I figured I could download them from the web to my local dropbox folder manually since your own programs simply do not work. On the web page I selected all the files and folders I wanted to download. Then I selected download from the bar above the files. It would only down load one of the files I selected. What is the point of allowing me to select a number of files and folders if your own browser app ignores them in the download function?

It absolutely boggles my mind how completely awful your software is, how incompetent your programmers are, and how your management seeming does not care at all.

You checked it out and all is OK!? Are you kidding me? Nothing is syncing. It is NOT OK.

Hi lamoidfl, thanks for reaching out! We checked your devices health and it looks like files on all devices are currently synced. You might have experienced a temporary sync issue. If it persists, don't hesitate to reach out again so we can investigate further.
