Why is Dropbox Transfer suddenly slower when showing the link?

Guys, just made a Dropbox Transfer today, and saw that cool new box animation. and the updated UI. All good so far.

After I did a couple of Transfers I noticed it's MUCH slower than before. On synced files it usually took 2-3 seconds to show me the link. Now it seems like it has to play the whole box animation before showing the link and it's taking like 10-15 seconds.

Any thoughts?

Hi IvanPais, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi Jay, thanks for your comment. I'm talking about the Windows app, when right clicking - "Transfer a copy"  not the browser.

Hey IvanPais, can you restart your computer, to see if that makes any difference?
