Dropbox Dash chat doesn't work

Using both Chrome and Brave browsers on Mac:

 

When I click "new chat," no matter what I type in, I just keep getting this message:

 

"Sorry, I couldn’t find the answer to your question. I’m either still learning about your content or don’t have access to the apps required to find the answer. Try connecting more apps and asking again, or using the search bar to find anything I might have missed."

I have connected Dropbox and Google Calendar. It should have access to my apps related to the questions I'm asking. I've even tried starting a chat with "Hello," but it doesn't seem to be able to do anything whatsoever. Is this something I should expect to experience?

    Hey there anonymoose - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Could you send us a sample screenshot of this so that we can have a visual too?

     

    Also, did you try clearing your browser's cache or using another browser with no other extensions or plugins running?

     

    You could also try disconnecting your apps from Dash and re-connecting them anew.

     

    In any case, please keep us posted!

      I did all of the above and got the same result. I am on a basic plan. I don't know if this is related, but in this document, https://help.dropbox.com/view-edit/dropbox-ai-overview , it says, 

       

      > "This article describes alpha features available to customers:

      • On Dropbox Professional, Essentials, Business, Business Plus, and some customers on Dropbox Basic, Plus, Family, Standard and Advanced."

      ...

       

      I should still be able to use Dropbox Dash, right? Have you never seen this issue before?

        This exact same thing is happening to me! No matter what I try to type into the Chat box, I get the same message:
