Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library error on dropboxupdate.exe, R6030 CRT not initialized

Hi,   I got this error message today, after login into my computer. How can I solve it?   I use Windows 10 LTSC.       Thanks, Feriman

Same issue CRT not Initialized
This is happening on 2 computers after a wakeup. So far just the message, everything seems to work ok.

      It's still not solved. It seems to appear on my PC less often than it used to. It's difficult to know what causes it. I thought I solved it years ago and suddenly it pops up again in time to time.
