The new update on my Window device made my files online-only.

I am beyond pissed off right now!!! After some recent update for the Dropbox app on my Windows 10 pc, the update turned on the Sync feature which I had turned off for years. Now all of my files that were on my pc are no longer local on my hardrive and I have to be connected to the Internet to access all of my files. I also can't seem to just get my files all selected and local back to my pc and am having to open each file individually to access them and get them back on my pc. I am beyond pissed off right now!!! Anybody know of any quick fixes? I wish so bad that Dropbox had a customer service phone number so I could yell at someone until my vocal chords bleed and ruptured their ear drum!!

Hey mrpimms69, sorry to hear about that!

It sounds like your content began syncing as online-only and you wish to change them in order to be available offline.

Have you tried selecting the files/folders you wish to make available offline, and then right-click on them in order to make the change? You should be able to see the option there.

You can see more about this here.

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
