Jay, if the traffic was blocked, would such a message even be visible? It's Dropbox generated! More precisely Dropbox forum. If the traffic was blocked, I would never see it!!!
And yes, the above appear only when I use link through https://www.vivacom.bg/. Does Dropbox has some some argues with? Dropbox cuts the link!!!
PS: Till yesterday everything was fine. I just discover the issue. Something happened on your side in meantime.
ADD: More information about the "blocked" network traffic (I hope will be useful for your engineers to trace what's going on):

And as result of above "blocked" traffic finally appears the page in OP. Only the cookies has cut.
That's it.
Sheena, As far as know, you are part of forum support tech team. Can you share some thoughts about where that redirect to error page comes from (visible above in the traffic dump, in the first request response)? 🙏😳

Hi Здравко , thanks for letting us know. Our community is hosted by a 3rd party vendor, and since this is one ISP affected I would guess that there is a temporary block due to high traffic or something to that effect. Especially as it was working for you just yesterday, I believe that it will work again very soon.
I have logged a ticket with our community host to check on their side if there's any issues, and I'll post back here when I know more. If it does start working again in the meantime, please let me know so we can check the logs.
Thanks again!

Thanks Sheena, Ok thanks for clarification. 😉
Let's hope it will be back soon. And yes, I will let you know once I find it's working again.
Thanks again.

It works 1~2 times per day for few clicks (at most) and all the rest is as described above....
As seems by now, it won't work again very soon... 😕
ADD: Another interesting information that isolates the places to debug is that troubles come only from some of the hosts that www.dropboxforum.com resolve to: the defaults - 13.32.110.3, 13.32.110.27, 13.32.110.83, 13.32.110.92. The mentioned hosts carry troubles!
If I force browser use other matching IP (18.244.87.106 for instance) everything works correct regardless used link. You can check the particular servers settings and/or status.
I hope this helps improving your service and speeds up issue resolving.
