Add a sync button to the Dropbox Passwords app

Hi I'm using the app on Android and very pleased so far

Today I needed a password that I had added on my desktop, but it was not available in the app. There is no button to start a sync, or swipe to refresh. My suggestion is to add this functionality.

Sincerely

It's possible that the company have some restrictions put in place. You could try contacting your IT team to see if this extension is being blocked somehow, or any connections to Dropbox, which could be affecting the syncing of the passwords.

Hi mikkelet, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

The Dropbox Passwords app or extension doesn't require a sync button, since it should sync automatically.

Were you connected to a stable network connection at the time? Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

This will help me to assist further!

I think youre right and the problem is actually something else. I started a new job and set up Passwords on my new work laptop, added a bunch of passwords. Then, today, when I tried to access my work email from my phone, I was unable to locate the new passwords, and they were also missing from Passwords chrome extension on my personal macbook - so something is causing it not to send my new passwords.
