Can't login to Dropbox Passwords with my recovery words

Greetings,
I can log into Dropbox with my password.
When I want to log in to the Dropbox password plugin, the 12-digit recovery words section comes up. I enter 12 recovery words, but I get the error " Something went wrong-please try again. " I get an error.
Can you help me?

    Greetings again,
    I told you the computer wouldn't accept the recovery codes.

    I entered it from my phone application, my problem was solved, thank you.

    My request to you is that recovery codes are not accepted on the computer, please take care of this problem.

    Are you logging into this account from another device? 

     

    Are you able to get a notification from an already connected device to login?

      Unfortunately, I am logged out of all my devices.

      It is not open on any of my devices.
