Can't open Word documents in Dropbox. "We couldn't apply organizational policies" error.
Can't open a word document using my dropbox as message says 'Cant open file - We couldn't apply organizational policies to give you access to your account because of an Intune service error. Please try again later. This happens with any Word document.

This sounds like an error coming from a third party app you're using in this case from Word, but let's see what we can find together.
Would you mind clarifying which platform you're using on your end, when trying to preview the content? Do you use our mobile app, website or desktop app?
