I added a personal email account and was able to login for a minute, the App sent me the 6 digit security code for me to use in the login window but once I added the code, it took me back to login window and it is telling me to "Please sign in with a personal account". I added an email account to the Business account which I am not using in any of the folders, just trying to use it to access the App.
Thanks for the info. As this is related to how the Workfront app or service logs in, I'd recommend contacting them directly for further support.
