hey, i have the same issue for the last few month on a galaxy s23 with both business and privet accounts. Never had this issue before, and no fixes worked so far.

I also have had the same issue for months now, using Samsung devices, S23, S23 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S9. Cannot connect to Dropboax, Cannot Open Excel files.
Attemps to log in, add location etc take me into a constant Circular loop, with no solution.

Been using dropbox for donkeys years, along with Microsoft. Not sure who is to blame, but I do know that I am sick and tired of it all, and am considering alternative options.
