Windows 11 and Dropbox
Is there any reason not to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 with respect to Dropbox? Will it be seamless, or might I encounter problems with Dropbox after installing Windows 11? Anything I should be aware of about using Dropbox before I install Windows 11? Thanks.

After installing Windows 11, the Dopbox desktop application stopped communicating with the server. Technical support was not able to help in any way (I answered all their questions and fulfilled all requests). I had to go back to Windows 10 and the problem immediately disappeared.
- WalterDropbox StaffHey PedroAstudillo, HIMALAYAS Trial & Videofirma - thanks for the reports!
Could you all try an advanced reinstall and let me know how it goes?- VideofirmaHelpful | Level 5
It didn't help.

I am trying to install Dropbox on my new Dell XPS running windows 11. I have tried using the app installer and the offline installer - they both keep crashing (error code: 1073741795). I have tried following the troubleshooting steps. No luck.

I am working normally in dropbox with Windows 11, at the moment there is no error, but it usually shows a synchronization error message (when you click to see details it simply comes out that everything is fine but the message is jumping during the day).
- WalterDropbox StaffHey PedroAstudillo - thanks for joining the discussion here!
If you come across this error message again, could you send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too?
Thanks a bunch!- PedroAstudilloExplorer | Level 4
There you have the pics, and usually need to click in order to start synchronizing (you can see how the dot changes from red to blue on the bar).
- WalterDropbox StaffHey davidtylera56, welcome to our Community and thanks for using Dropbox!
You should be able to install our desktop app on a Windows 11 machine normally.

I contacted technical support via chat just recently. The Dropbox specialist suggested many standard actions (Ticket #14879142), but none of these helped. Then I was given the standard response that the request would be forwarded to the specialists and they would respond later. However, I use Dropbox for business - I don't have the ability to wait that long for such critical issues to be resolved.
