Cancel a plan I can't access.

Hello, I am being charged for an account that I have never used and can't access. I have tried every email I know and also entered the credit card and transaction information and nothing comes how. I am VERY frustrated. Is there a way to reach a person through chat or phone? I have been on this site for at least 2-hours.

    Can you clarify the platform you used to upgrade your Dropbox account in the first place? Was it www.dropbox.com or iTunes/Google Play?

      I did not try to upgrade it, I didn't even know about it. I noticed it on my statement. I have been billed $19.99 to my visa since april. Every time I tried to get support it told me to login and I cant.

        I see, thank you for clarifying. When checking your bank statement though, there’s no mention of iTunes/Google Play, just Dropbox, correct?
