Cannot upgrade account as I'm getting an error that I have another active paid subscription
Hi there,
My storage is over the limit and I can't upgrade my account due a message "You currently have another active paid subscription associated with this email."
I have tried finding the other subscription and unable to and there is nothing showing up in the billing page?

Hi there Rupert Paterson - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please take a look at your plan page and let me know what's reported there?
Also, if you get the same error after clearing your browser's cache, and/or using another browser, please send us a screenshot, so that we can have a visual too.
