How can I contact the support team about a refund?
I canceled my premium plan and received a message (not followed by an email) stating that Dropbox will issue a refund. However, I'm unclear on the refund process and timing. I've been trying to contact someone for clarification, but I keep getting stuck in an endless chatbot loop that says I'm not entitled to speak with a representative. How can I get in touch with a human? Is there an email address I can use?

Hey @Dan62 - thanks for posting on our Community.
The refund should be processed by our system automatically and it might take up to 5 business days to show up on your end.
That said, if you'd like to have a further look into this with our support team, you can use this form.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.
