How can I make sure the subscription I was using for work is cancelled, if I have no access?
I have recently left a job where I was using Dropbox... I used my work email to set up the account and personal credit card...now that I have left I no longer have access to the email therefore I can't access the account. I am hoping that my card is not auto charged again.

Hey Myboys! Hope you’re doing great.
You should still be able to access your Dropbox account without access to the linked email address and cancel its plan, if it has been purchased directly via the Dropbox website (for Google Play/iTunes plans, you need to follow these steps instead).
Is the issue that you’re being asked for a one-time code that is sent to the email address perhaps?
Let me know.

Thanks Nancy...yes they are sending a code to my work email that I cannot access.

Thanks for clarifying! Do you have any devices that are still linked to this Dropbox account, which you can access?
If yes, please check their notifications for the one-time code.

Thank you yes I would love to get this cancelled.
The account was under my email at work which was removed and my personal email is removed
