I can't figure out what Dropbox account my bank charges are related to.

I have a charge apparently from Dropbox on my bank statement.  As far as I know I have not requested any paid services from them,  I do not know the account supposedly attached to this charge. Am very frustrated with inability to have a phone contact to sort this out.

Hey MMRC1, let’s have a look into this.

If you check your bank statement again, is there any mention of iTunes/Google Play next to your Dropbox charges?

If not, and you can see a 12-digit transaction ID, please insert it in the field given here.

Let me know what you find.

none of things, this account set-up only to try to get info, could be another account MMRC but I don't know how to get to it.

Do you have any other email addresses that could be linked to a paid Dropbox subscription? If yes, you can check their inbox/spam folder to make sure there are no emails from Dropbox there confirming an upgrade.
