I need help finding which account I'm being billed for
WHERE CAN I TALK TO SOMEONE AT DROPBOX????????
I have spent like 20 minutes trying to find some way to talk to someone as I have been charged the last 2 months for Dropbox, when I did not even know I had an account.. I had to make one to try to find the support team... I need to find out what account is connected to my card!!!
I’m sorry to hear about this, LukasLarsen.
Can you please check your bank statement for me, and let me know if the charges are directly linked to Dropbox or Google Play/iTunes?
If the former, you can go here and insert your statement’s transaction ID in the given field. It’ll show you which Dropbox account you’re being charged for.
Let me know what you find.

It is INSANE, they take you around in circles and there is absolutely no place on their website or in my account that tells you how much you are being billed. It is beyone frustrating.

I'm being charged $13.20 every month for dropbox. I want to keep my subscription but I want to change my credit card. when I log into my account, it says I have a basic plan and no statements. I'm not sure if this is the account that is charging me or not. I do have another account and that one also says i'm not being charged money yet the money keeps coming out of the wrong credit card. There is no way to speak to customer service unless you pay. I do pay!! I just can't figure out where its coming from. does someone have a phone number to get help for paying customers?

Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for.

I'm having a similar issue. I've been getting charged $11.99 from Dropbox for the last few month. I have a couple of accounts - one associated with a personal email address and one with a business email - both are Basic accounts with no billing history to be seen when I login to the accounts. When I try to lookup the purchase by Transaction ID, last 4 of the card charged and its expiration date, I keep getting a message asking me to enter the last 4 and expiration of the card (even though I've already entered them). I've tried inputting the Transaction ID for each of the previous 2 months that I've been billed. I would like to cancel these charges, but I have no idea which account they're associated with.

Hey DrewOstendorf, thanks for your reply here.
If the charge lookup isn't working for you, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team directly.
You'll need to open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
In the "I want to look up information related to:" section choose "other", fill out the form and submit your request.
Let us know once you have your ticket number!
- LukasLarsenExplorer | Level 4There is no transaction ID, it only says "Google Dropbox" ..
I have my banks reference number for the transaction but that's just numbers so probably not what you are looking for..- NancyDropbox Staff
Thanks for checking, @LukasLarsen! It looks like the Dropbox account in question has been upgraded via Google Play then.
If you open your Google Play account, and follow these steps, are you seeing the Dropbox subscription you're being charged for, along with the option to cancel it?
