I'm being asked to upgrade my Dropbox account and I can't access my files.

How do I switch my dropbox to the free 2GB?  I thought that's what I was on, but now it won't let me access my box until I upgrade to a paid program?

Hey @sdurham5833! Welcome to our forum.

Can you send me a screenshot of what you see here and of what you see when trying to access your Dropbox account?

You can click on the following button to attach your screenshots in this thread:

If you’re being asked to upgrade your Dropbox account, then you may be on a free Basic plan already and you’re running out of space. In any case though, you should still be able to normally access your account and files.

    Ping me when you’re ready.

      Hi Nancy,

Thank you for reaching out.  This is what I'm being redirected to:

That being said, if I click on view all plans, I can then go to my account and trick it into letting me into my files............I can access it fine on my laptop, but my PC, no matter what search engine I use, this keeps popping up.

Thanks for the screenshot! I appreciate it. Do you mind sharing one more full screenshot of what you see on your screen, when this window pops up?

I’d like to have a full visual to look into this further.

      Thank you Nancy,

I think I have found a way around it.  I appreciate your help!
