My Dropbox account is still Basic, even after upgrading it.
I recently upgraded my account from 2GB to 2TB. I paid the monthly price of €11.99 but my account did not update and remain to the basic plan. How can i solve it?

Are you certain that you upgraded your existing account, and didn't start a new one by mistake? This is pretty common. What was the payment type; credit card, PayPal, etc.? If it was a credit card, you should have a transaction number in your bank account. Use it with the credit card charge lookup tool.
If it was a different payment type, let us know what it was (just the type, not the details), and what steps you took to perform the upgrade.

Yeah im pretty sure I have clicked on upgrade account. Also, I was on the same browser, so I have upgraded the current session account.
The payment method was credit card so I will try the link you gave me. I'll keep you updated!

Ok so I've tried to check the link you gave me but I don't see the dropbox number on the transaction so I can't do any search. How can i solve it?
Thanks.
