Need to retrieve invoices from a third-party account.

Hi,

 

I am the new managing director in a small organisation. Doing accounting, I discover that we are paying on a subscription on Dropbox that I cannot get access to. I have deleted the VISA card the account was connected to but need to retrive invoices from 2023-2024.

I have the gmail-address connected to account but I have not have the password or any of the restore-information asked for. 

The account had been set up by an employer that doesnt work here anymore.

 

How can I get into this account?

    Have you tried accessing our self-serve look-up tool at all? 

     

    In any case, I can send you an email if you wish, in order to help you with that. I'm suggesting the email route, since we'd need account-specific info to locate the charge.

      I tried the self-service-look-up-tool now, but doesnt have that ID number they ask for. Please send me that info you suggest om removed
