Hey Alan21, welcome to our Community!
It sounds like you might be using a Basic account at the moment. Can you check your account's plan page, and let me know what it reports?
Is it possible that your subscription is linked with another Dropbox account of yours?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

It says it's a basic plan with 2GB of storage .. but I've been paying £16.66 p month for several years. I guess it is possible that the subscription is linked to another account. Is £16.66 a basic package? How do I find out? I pretty much never use the account but now have someone who has sent me an 87.5GB file and I can't download it.

Hey Alan21, thanks for the speedy reply!
The Basic is our free subscription. Have you tried our self-serve look-up tool to see if you can locate the account that this charge is coming from?
