Unauthorized Charge on my Account
There has been an unauthorized charge on my account for $180 - no account I log into has anything except the basic free plan. I've been trying to submit support tickets but no response and there is no valid transaction ID on my account.

Did you give Dropbox your credit or debit card info? If you didnt then you need to speak to your card provider as your card has been cloned/hacked etc, and you need a new one.
