Upcoming large annual charge tied to old email address I can't get access to

My bank is showing that a large DROPBOX annual charge is scheduled for Sept, based on past banking history. The previous transaction ID is 10 digits, so i'm unable to lookup details. I believe this is tied to a previous school or work email (which I can not gain access to in any way in order to login and cancel the subscription). I double checked that my current personal emails were not tied to this subscription, and because those were basic plans, I cannot contact customer service. I would like to cancel this before it is processed. Can I get help from customer service asap?

Thank you,

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
