"Adjust Bandwidth limits" button in the Dropbox Backup menu [Advanced Settings] does not work.
My Dropbox Backup process has started, and is painfully slow. 8 hours and it hasn't uploaded 150 GB yet. So, I want to increase the upload bandwidth - however, the menu where these settings are found will not open. I click the button, and nothing happens.
Does anyone have a solution?
Dropbox Backup -> Advanced Settings -> Adjust bandwidth limits

HI there ppoli - sorry to hear about this.
May I ask what Dropbox plan you're on at the moment?
Apart from that, could you let me know your computer's OS version, and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your menu bar/system tray?
Also, are you able to adjust your bandwidth settings through the app's preferences under the Network tab?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

Trial version, Dropbox Plus (Personal), 2TB.
Windows 11 Home 23H2
Dropbox v. 210.4.4854

I am, and set the parameters to 9999999, but it has no effect.
