Can I restore an account that was deleted after being in locked state?

I had an account in a locked state that I did not pay for in time.  This account was deleted late September of 2024.  Can I pay to restore it now?  I need some information from that account and I thought I had hard copies on my old hard drive, but it was cloud files only.

    Once an account has been deleted there's no way to recover it.
