I can only sign in to the Dropbox app if I'm connected to OneDrive on Windows 11

I am on a surfaces Pro7 with Windows 11. I am able to sign into my Dropbox account as long as I am connected to one-drive. Once I disconnect one-drive, Dropbox does not let me sign in with the exact same user name/password. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
