incorrect date format in 'Transfer' email
Hi, For emails generated by 'Transfer' the date format in settings is not used. The format is correct in the 'Manage Transfers' interface but not the emails that is sends. Thanks Andy

What email provider are you using? Have you tried changing the date and time settings in the email settings?
- Andyfran2 years agoExplorer | Level 4I believe the email is generated by Dropbox.

Could you try changing the dates to another format and then return it to the correct date to see if this helps?

Thanks Jay
Changed date format to yyyymmdd then changed back to ddmmyyyy.
Same result, emails generated by 'Transfer' still have the date incorrectly formatted.
This is definitely something your programming team needs to address. Date format is only incorrect in the body or emails generated by dropbox transfer.
If you forward this thread to your testing team I'm sure they will either know about the issue or will see that there is a problem. Its something they can replicate and test very easily.
I dont thinks there's any more detail I need to add. Your team has enough information to go on and shouyld be able to fix this issue.
Cheers
Andy
