It says 1 of 3 devices because that's what you have - the phone. That is one device.

- Thanks for getting back to me. I see what you are saying. Something I didn't mention was that Dropbox was telling me I had reached my maximum of linked devices, which is why I deleted the older items. After doing so, the warning was still there.
Having just now logged in to reply to you, the notification is gone. And now, "1 of 3 devices" is correct. Guess it took a while to clear up. Thanks again. 🙂
