Accidentally deleted account. Can it be restored?

Hello. Yesterday, my dad's dropbox account was deleted by accident. It has been less than 24 hours, and please if anyone knows how to restore his account, please help. He's 75 years old, and all of his life's work was on his dropbox. We don't know how it happened, We were just trying to cancel his subscription. Please if anyone knows if it's possible, help would be greatly appreciated.

      If you submitted a ticket and entered a valid email address that you have access to, then you should receive an email with a ticket number.

    I'm not sure if there's anything that can be done in this case, since the account was manually deleted.

    I would suggest that you reach out to our support team, however, so they can let you know if there's anything that can be done.

    You'll need to open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page. Follow the prompts and submit your request.

    Let us know when you have your ticket number.
