Can't access account to cancel
NEED HELP CANCELLING ACCOUNT I HAVE NO WAY TO ACCESS I no longer have access to the email account that I used to setup a Dropbox account with. I have been getting billed annually and just noticed it...

I did try to get in contact with the support team. I don't know what question to ask. It tells me to login and immediately change my email address. I can't because I don't have access to the email address to get the code to login.
Please advise.

It looks like you chose the chat option, if you follow the steps in my previous response, you'll get the option to contact the team directly via a ticket.
