NOT DELETED
I USE EVERY DAY
I do not sign in as dropbox normally opens on computer login but APP disappeared from this computer
Tried logging in on 4 other computers but only access the old dropbox account and NOT the subscription one

Can I transfer my recently paid money to a new dropbox account as I cannot access the email address

Hi TripletMum4, let's jump right into this!
If I understand your situation correctly, it seems you're trying to log into your paid account, but you're having some issues with that.
Do you see any errors when trying to sign into the account? You mentioned that you don't have access to your email address. Is it possible that you then can't access the security code for the account?
Kindly note that you cannot transfer a subscription to a different account. If you don't have access to either the password or the email address of your paid account, I could help you cancel that subscription, so that you can then upgrade your personal account.

Hi, I have not been active on this for a few months. When I sign in, it shows me my account but with no files - everything is gone.

If you haven't signed in to an account for more than a year, the account is deleted due to inactivity.
Are you sure you've signed in with the correct email address? If so, check your Events page. If it shows no activity, then either you've signed in to the wrong account, or you've signed-in to/created a new, empty account.
